CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Perform total project from design through project completion. This is usually a negotiated type of project. We also self perform work on this type of project.

 

 

INTERIOR FACILITY WORK

This could be either hard bid or negotiated type of project. We self perform the carpentry, metal studs, dry wall, and acoustical ceiling work and coordinate the remaining trades. Project description could either be new or renovated interior space.

 

 

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

This delivery system is a total management package, design through project completion, very similar to Construction Management with the only difference being there is no self performed work on this type of project.
