Ann Arbor VA Hospital: Renovation

Project Details

Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Owner: Veterans Affairs
Delivery Method: Self Perform

Project Value: $500,000
Size: 20,000 SF

Stenco renovated a sterilization room, which is designated for the cleaning of surgical utensils, at the VA Hospital of Ann Arbor. Interior finishes included metal studs, drywall, sound batt insulation, security mesh, acoustical ceilings, door frames and hardware, acrovyn wainscoting, corner guards, and other miscellaneous finish work.

This project involved many phases, as the area was occupied and equipment was still in use throughout the project, which necessitated a highly sensitive dust control process.
